James Ch (I know you posted this ages ago, but anyway...). If you play on PC and have Vsinc disabled, you will experience several gliches, incuding snow and dust particles being redered poorly (and thus blocking the view on dusty/snowy tracks)... You can fix that by re-enabling Vsinc, but you won't have more than 30 fps in that case.
