I love this video. You play the lick, you show the tab, then you move on. Not a bunch of chatter in between. Thanks man.
Yeah talk about those chatty videos that never get to the point. It happening here.
Indeed. I'm just starting out and I wanted to do that but I suck at editing videos. It's a pain in the ass to go through all the talking.
Exactly...play the riff and move it along. Straight to the point. Love it.
@@lydianboy6874 I've seen that way cool looking strat with abalone (?) inlays. Is it a custom guitar?
You express it exactly like how I feel. Cheers from Indonesia.
My favorite part about this video - No Talking, just playing. Thanks for posting.
Thank you so much for showing good blues licks, showing clear breakdowns of the tablature, and not losing the interest of the viewer with unnecessary talking all the time! Wish more videos were like this one!
I have come back to this video over, and over, and over again for days and days on end just learning these awesome licks. Whoever posted this?.....Thank You. We need more videos like this.
Christian Boisits Thanks for your awesome feedback Christian! This is exactly what we wanted to achieve - to inspire You! I'd like to invite you to check out www.guitarmasterclass.net/ --Bogdan
A lesson you never want to stop!! Best lesson I've ever seen. You can make the blues a canvas of creativity and tell your story one note at a time.
Love this vid. No guff from the players, just the licks and the tab. And what a great selection of licks - this is gonna keep me busy for weeks - thanks.
That maple strat is the most beautiful guitar I have ever seen
Thankyou... among the countless tutorial videos for for guitar licks this one was just straight to the point... refreshing.... Great content, and great presentation. Thank you for getting right to the point. Most other videos give some long winded explanation of nonsense.

I used the video as a source of inspiration, then went straight on jamming on the backing tracks you added! Amazingly helpful video and it will definitely help guitar players of all skills levels. Great job!
Great blues feints for playing the guitar. Useful for solo improvisations:It all sounds extremely good.
It is very nice of you to share your licks. You know It will never cease to amaze me there there are as of today 294 people who didn't like this. How frigging arrogant . Ive been playing guitar since 1964. There were long periods where life itself kept me from playing. Im playing again but its impossible for me to remember everything I once did in the early 70s. Im grateful for the kick start. And even if these riffs sucked, which they absolute are great. But just the fact you were willing to give some free blues riffs tips makes me give you 6 out of 5 stars! Thanks Bro. Your tones are just dirty enough, your playing is very clean . No complaints. You people who go around clicking dislike for nice things like this. Get a life!
I think there must be people who troll TH-cam and click the "Didn't Like" icon. I would have killed for this amount of teaching thirty years ago. I took one lesson when I was 12, and it seemed like it cost more than I made in a week at that time. The beauty of the guitar is that you never stop learning, and with the talent and skills given to all players for free is amazing. This is definitely one of the best lessons on the TH-cam. Thanks for being grateful! Musicians in general are intelligent, cool, and hilarious human beings. The negative comments must be from disgruntled non-musicians. We are a competitive, yet fun loving bunch for the most part. Take Care.
This is a great video and filled with great licks. I've come back to it every night for 5 nights in a row and tackled several each night not to overload. Amazing how quickly your playing evolves when you feed it fresh ideas. Thanks! This is really making me enjoy playing again.
This is the greatest blues licks lesson on TH-cam! Thank you so much
Please post more blues licks, the more the better, these were amazing!
Really nice. A treasure trove for young players who need a useful blues vocabulary! The neck on that Strat is sick.

The tone of a stratocaster seems like the most beautiful thing in the world, for me, its the audio equivalent of the stars in the night sky
one of the best lessons i've ever saw:)
this is why i love youtube. thanks gmcguitar.
Supperb! That's all I can say, dude! You are amazing! Thanks! Robben Ford chords....Yess. You are a good teacher, man!
This video is a tool to get started on the blues. The key is to develop your own style after learning all the scales and patterns
Daniel Davis i've been playing blues for 8 years (now I'm 18) and I don't even know the entire penatatonic. Really in blues who cares about music theory? I get it if you want to play metal that's more technical. but blues? c'mon
theory is usefull in any style.
Mati V
What? You think music theory helps more in metal than blues?
Mati V you are clueless, but you'll get it someday
Im a keen learner! Lovin it! Thanks a mint!
very well laid out..very useful...and practice jam at the end....for me one of the best teachers on yt...thanks gmc

This is fantastic, so worth while learning.
That second lick is so tasteful!
Although some of the licks either aren't blues, or are very similar to others on the same video, this is a very good way to learn some great riffs. Love the sound of his rig too. Thank you!
Really helpful.....this added a lot to my lick vocabulary.
Lots of good riffs here!
Thanks man, really good and concise.
