We didnt spend the time on it to make it a dedicated project after football started and lost interest in the project. I have since pulled that video.

I find most of these seat belt kits weak since they rely on a relatively mild steel flat bar less than 1/4 inch thick as the cross car structure for mounting them. When the retractor is locked any movement of the passengers on either seat can flex the bar substantially, crimping the passengers on the seat behind them. I welded a lip on the cross car bar of the last one turning it into a C-Channel which stiffened things up to a much more acceptable level.
Think of what could happen to a child riding belted in on the back seat in even a minor collision with a robust adult belted in the front seat bending these flimsy seat belt bars.
I'm also dismayed when seeing Nokins sold on Amazon advertising the safety provided by these belts by showing three children riding on the back seat with only two belts holding them in place.
The industry could and should do much better and it really wouldn't substantially increase the cost. You can literally bend these bars in half with your bare hands without being Superman.
