For me, theres always the joy of the diy project. The creative process of creating and customizing actually useful accessories feels very rewarding. Also a great, more meaningful gift to fellow drummer friends:)
Another one are Hot Rods. You can make a pair of "hot rods" for about 50cents-1$ from Home Depot, or buy a pair of actual rods for 25$. Cool video! Happy drumming!
Actually i really like the Ajuch bells + the ching ring on like a 10“ auxiliary hihat. Both together on the hihat have the effect that both accessories are not overbearing.
