Hi Techi and all others plz tell me whether the bluetooth mouse (dongle one ) works or not coz i connected quantum one... on one of usb ports light blinks on the mouse but it does not work (Mouse is fine if connected to other devices) the light is on but no visiblity...

U cannot turn on the tv with the air mouse remote. U can turn it off and use for everything else

Thanks for the wonderful videos. recently i have bought the same air mouse product u have shown in the description links from amazon. looks like the mouse is working only when connected to the laptop usb port. is there any problem with the device, could you please let me know. as soon as i take the cable from usb port i dont see the mouse cursor on the tv. also when connected i see red light blinking on the device does that mean its charging? appreciate ur help
U might need to pair it once when u connect the usb dongle to the mi tv. Keep remote close to tv near dongle and press ok and back button together for 3-5 seconds. It will pair and u will see the mouse cursor on the mi tv. Red light means it needs charging or its charging
Thanks sir for the reply. I have connected the dongle to the tv. Paired the remote but I can see mouse curser only when the remote is connected to the usb PORT of laptop, dongle is tv connected only. And even I have kept the charging for more than hour still the led is red. As soon as I take out the connection from usb, the curser disappears on tv

@TechSingh Do you also face problems while starting to play something on Amazon Prime via Chrome? I have this problem when I start playing any video, an ad comes - a trailer of another movie or recommendation to watch another video. When that trailer advances for 2-3 seconds, the player itself crashes. I'd have to go back to home page again and then come to the video I want to play again.
This thing's very annoying. For like a few tens times I'd have go to home page and come back to start watching what I want to, till the initial ad doesn't come again.
We do get an ad but not that often, I suggest u uninstall and reinstall the chrome browser

Ull need a wireless mouse or air mouse remote to proceed further
Can do fine without any wireless mouse or keyboard. Mi Remote App seems sufficient. It does one better, it cast TV screen on to your phone and can slide through any direction and select. With wireless keyboard or mouse (not air mouse) sliding horizontal is an issue. For keyboard, your phone keyboard is more than sufficient. Only trick is, while using the Mi Remote App, orient it into landscape mood, from there everything that is on your TV screen appears on Phone and your phone will work as touch screen for your TV.

No IR blaster or Bluetooth needed for Mi remote app. Only precondition, your phone & Mi TV needs to be connected on a same wireless network.
** When you orient your phone into landscape mode while Mi Remote App is opened in your phone, everything that is on your Mi TV is mirrored onto your phone and your phone screen works as touchscreen for your TV, so even the soft keyboard of TV appears on Phone, so you can use it without any problem in your phone.
Mi remote App in portrait mode functions just like the normal Mi TV remote, except some extras like screenshot features.

i) Can the gyroscope feature be used for gaming?
ii) Can I turn on and off TV with it?. I have a Mi TV 4C PRO
iii) Will the menu button take directly to android TV Settings menu?
iv) I have heard a scary thing about these generic Chinese made air mouses that they come with keyloggers that can extract passwords or other confidential information that we type.
What do you think about the security of such air mouse keypads?
Gyroscope doesnt work with games. Yes it can turn off the mi tv 4c pro. No its safe. It cant extract passwords from the remote
