The 18 is from it being the 18th song on the DAT when he was uploading it, the song title is actually just With My Family, but imo 18 With my Family sounds better
This is one of the few AFX songs I listened to so much I actually like less than when I first heard it, it kind of sounds like a relatively generic electronic song at this point outside of 1:50-3:00

It sounds almost exactly like c418, it's uncanny really. I'm a fan of both these guys, their melodic sense for music is amazing.
