Gnanakatha | Sri Lankan Cookie | ඥානකතා

This cookie is very popular in Sri Lanka. We all have a lot of childhood memories with this amazing cookie Gnanakatha. My Grandma used to gift me those whenever she visited me. It's really easy to make yet very delicious. Best with a tea or a coffee.
✅ Butter 50g
✅ Sugar 100g
✅ 1 Whole Egg
✅ Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp
✅ All purpose flour 230 g
✅ Almond powder 20 g
✅ Baking powder 2 tsp
✅ Brown sugar to garnish
If you don't have Almond powder take All purpose flour 250g
Bake at 180 °C for 20 - 25 minutes.

-ආමන්ඩ් කුඩු 20g ( ආමන්ඩ් කුඩු නැත්නම් පාංපිටි 250g ගන්න)
-බේකිං පවුඩර් තේ හැදි 2 ක්
-බිත්තර 1 ක්
-සීනි 100g
-බටර් 50g
-වැනිලා දියර තේ හැදි 1/2 ක්
-උඩින් තවරා ගැනීමට දුඹුරු සීනි ටිකක්
*ආමන්ඩ් කුඩු නැත්නම් පාන් පිටි 250g ගන්න.
