I have been dealing with brokers lately who seem uninterested with providing information upfront, instead it is an instant conversion of them to deem if you are "their kind of customer" before giving out info, as if it is privileged. Just like with buying a house, a boat buying process is long for many so we like going to the open houses without the pressure of expectation riding over the process.
