Theoretically we studied classification of piles on basis of load transfer as end bearing piles and skin friction piles... which type of pile is shown in video? And what is the procedure if hard strata is not found at required depth in soil to allow pile to rest on it and soil is also loose or if it is not able to provide required skin friction....
Wsalam Sohaib.. thanks for your comment.. The pile shown in the video is neither load bearing, nor skin friction pile.. it's a pile to resist the lateral load of the earth when we'll excavate one side.. kindly see my last video where I describe this concept more: th-cam.com/video/UoXl059WlqQ/w-d-xo.html In the piles under the foundations, we usually don't get a solid strata in weak soils so we rely on skin friction only.. even in weak soils there is skin friction in concrete piles.. it can also be checked by using a pile load test where we load the pile to check it's capacity
@@haseebtaj In India for engineering education only English medium system is adopted, so it's but natural to apply it in all illustrations, instructions, as well as in competitive exams.So better it should be instructed in English only. Thanks.
