Need you back in the cook shack on the camp chef griddle! Best griddle videos i've seen! I'm considering buying a camp chef griddle and your videos are selling me on them! i was wondering why you haven't posted a video in so long and read in the comments you became a grandpa! congrats!
Thank you, she's pretty cool already. Her and mommy live with us. Is there something you would like to see me cook? Thank you for watching and commenting. 🍻
Very nice and clean looking structure. I've been watching loads of these shack videos for ideas and I'm in the middle of building one for us. It seems like I get a great idea out of each video I've watched. Your clear panels look very nice! I'm too far along to use those, but still a great idea.
inspirational lol! I would put a few roof vents in for the heat issue your worried about in the summers. I'm looking at doing something similar, just going to use metal for the roof and put in skylights and vents.
Cool shack buddy. Great idea for the back yard space. Build a pony wall looking into the back yard & have safari operable windows. 😎 add a bar shelf & some stools.
Looks fantastic Brian! I made a greenhouse 3 years ago with the same material and I made panels that could be replaced with screens to disipate heat. I'm definitely planning on building a hillbilly kitchen when we move to a new house in a few months. That building should pass most h.o.a. approvals
Really nice. Seems like a portable AC/Heat/dehumidifier unit (like De’Longhi) would be handy. If you are in a large city you can score brand new $700 unit for $300 from a truckload warehouse location.
Yes, in fact I bought one last year. It’s a 3 in 1, 14,000 btu and retails for $780. The one I got, (mentioned already) is a self evaporating unit so you never have to empty a drain pan.. I checked a popular online marketplace and I was living in a metropolitan area at the time so I was lucky and found a truckload warehouse where a major big box store had rejected the shipment due to the cardboard packaging looking bad. The product was perfect and protected by a styrofoam insert.
Thanks for the tour. I intentionally subscribed yesterday hoping that I would stumble across this exact vid. Just bought my first house and already thinking about building my own cook shack. Keep up the great vids.
Love the Camaro and your cook shack. Too nice to be called a shack though. We have a 1970 GTO my husband is the original owner. Bought it when he came back from Vietnam. 455 bored out to a 468. In perfect condition. Also have a 1967 Firebird convertible. Husbands dad was original owner. Both fun cars. Enjoy your videos.
Brian do you like the exhaust better with the fan and being taller than you previously had? I’m definitely going to vent mine this year. It would be nice if you did an in depth video on that. Thanks for cooking and all the ideas.
Yes it does help but not a perfect solution. To close it draws the heat/smoke out of smoker and not to mention what leaks out around the smoker door doesn't get sucked up. It's a reminder that all this equipment is meant for outdoor use only. Although The Cook Shack has made it more convenient for cooking outside when I want in the state of Minnesota, weather is not an issue. Thanks for asking and watching.
Thank you so much for the video Brian. Have been waiting patiently, and I must say it was well worth the wait. Awesome awesome job. Thanks again for the vide !!!!!
So I got a question , the vent u put in when u do a smoke or cook does it ever stall . Make a cooking shack now and I want to put a pipe up and out on the top like ur vent .
Hi Brian. I noticed in your video that your Camp Chef Flat Top Griddle has a cover. Do you mind sharing where you purchased it, or did you make it yourself?
Brian Eibner Congrats man! That’s awesome and wonderful news! I look forward to some new stuff for sure - but take yer time and enjoy family! Take care!
@@BrianEibner Yep, want to convert my back porch 24x16 - ordered a new Camp Chef FTG900 and waiting on delivery - but will modify my porch into a shack - loved the way you did yours - love the clear siding and vents new floor - though your shack is not waterproofed, I'm guessing all your equipment stays dry right?
Iv'e been waiting a long time for this video. I love the clear plastic and you have inspired me to build myself one. Really enjoyed your explanation of the build and can't wait for more videos. Don't you need some backing between the vertical panels? Seems that if you had strong winds that the panels would bow and create gaps. Thanks again for posting.
Thanks for the reply. It looks great but my outdoor kitchen will be in the open so either I have to run a 2x4 or fasten them together by some means. Look forward to your channel updates.
Thanks for this Brian. I’m going to be selling my house this fall and moving to a much smaller one so will lose my huge deck in the back. This is exactly what I need. Sweet!

Cool, its so nice to have place to get out of the weather and cook worry free. Thanks for sharing and watching 😎🍻

I do have a ridge vent and other area where I open up during the summer months. Cool that sounds nice. Thanks for sharing and watching 🍻
very jealous, this is fantastic set up
Thank you. You could build something similar.
love the cook shack!
Thank you 🤔😊
Who wouldn't like this VIDEO. You did a great job!
Thank you, maybe they're jealous 😁
Brian Eibner I think so😂

Yes that does sound nice. Thanks for sharing
Brian you inspired my wife and I, so we enclosed our deck with the clear roofing and we love it.
Nice, which state do live at? Thanks for watching and sharing.

Cool idea, screen panels 👍🍻
I am definitely going to recreate this off my own house. Awesome!
Well do you have your plan to build a Cook Shack?🤔👍

I didn't know they made an all in one unit like that. Thanks for sharing and watching

Where have you been man ... missing your videos.

Congratulations on the house, I'm sure you have lot of ideas. Enjoy 😎
The Cook Shack rocks, Brian. Nice job. Wish I hung on to my 1970 Z28 LT1 in gold w/black stripes. Brings back memories. Thanks for sharing.
Yea I know the feeling, sucks selling a sweat ride.
Very nice you inspired. Me to build on a porch and close it it for my Blackstone. Cooking
Cool to hear, you'll enjoy it. 🍻
Always loved your cookshack Brian!
😁 thank you, working at it.
Thanks Brian for providing the tour!
Your Camaro looks, and sounds great too! Get a line lock for it...you'll LOVE it!
I do have line lock, maybe need bigger brakes. All real Z28's are 4 speed cars, lots and lots of fun "cruising". 💪🚗
You're a good inspiration! I'm re-doing my back porch to make way for my camp chef toys.
Cool, "Camp Chef toys" 😀 enjoy

Wow so cool to hear and you still have the cars! Thank you for sharing and watching
Very cool cookshack! Keep up the great work!
Thank you
Fantastic. What a great space.
Thank you, we love it, no worries about "can I cook outside today".
Not bad cooking shack how big is it? The detentions? I like how it came out..
13'x12' It does get a little hot during the summer months. 🍻
Really nice cook shack, man. Very well done. Super jealous!
Thank you, we enjoy it, cooking outside now more then ever.
Awesome cook shack! Hope all is well. We haven't heard from you in a while.
Yes all is well, hoping to get back at it soon. Thanks for your support 🙏🍻

Thank you for the tour
Your welcome, thanks for watching
Nice set up..... did you need permits to build it?
Thank you. check your local building codes.
Sweet shack thanks for sharing
You're welcome, lots of rain this spring/summer so far for us, now no worries about weather. 🍻
So I got a question , the vent u put in when u do a smoke or cook does it ever stall . Make a cooking shack now and I want to put a pipe up and out on the top like ur vent .
No, not that I've noticed. Everyone should have a cook shack 🍻
Hi Brian. I noticed in your video that your Camp Chef Flat Top Griddle has a cover. Do you mind sharing where you purchased it, or did you make it yourself?
Yes I made that out of oak plywood and then solid oak around the edges. Thanks for asking and watching.
Where ya been bud...??
Been a while since your last upload - hope all is well...!!
Yes all is well and I hope to making a few new videos soon. I became a Grandpa, a very busy Grandpa and enjoying it. Thanks for asking
Brian Eibner
Congrats man! That’s awesome and wonderful news!
I look forward to some new stuff for sure - but take yer time and enjoy family!
Take care!
That is nice. I would drink beer in there.
🍺🥞🥚🥓🥩🐟🍔🌯🥪🥔🌭🍻
Thank you for sharing! Gave me some great ideas.
Cool 🔨🔨🤔🔨
Brian, what is the size (dimensions) of your cook shack?
13'x13' Are you building a cook shack?

@@x52pbum77 My Cook Shack isn't completely leak tight, although no leaks over equipment. 🍻

I thought so too but I wanted a unobstructed view and my backyard is fenced in, so maybe not so windy 🤔
Thanks for the reply. It looks great but my outdoor kitchen will be in the open so either I have to run a 2x4 or fasten them together by some means. Look forward to your channel updates.
Very nice!!
Bro, Where have you been? 9 months since your last trip to the Cook Shack?
Yea I know, just so busy. I keeping thinking I'll do video soon and now with social distancing. Crazy times 🍻🍻😎
69 Camaro wow nice ride. bud of mive had a 69 goat and I had a 72 cuda. very cool. thanks for posting. nice shack also :)
That sounds like great times, whipping around in those rides. Thank you 👍
What are the dimensions of your cooking room?

Thanks for this Brian. I’m going to be selling my house this fall and moving to a much smaller one so will lose my huge deck in the back. This is exactly what I need. Sweet!
You have the vision, build and enjoy 😎
