@Cosmo has autism , you need to remember this is an origin story and even if you didn't like joaquin joker you have to admit his performance was great and if you think it was shit then you obviously know nothing about acting.
@Cosmo has autism Not all Jokers need to be presented as criminal masterminds. The very reason this movie works so well is because he is NOT a mastermind. Arthur is not the Joker, he is just a man who happens to become a criminal named Joker.
@Cosmo has autism The universe around this movie should NOT be centered around Batman. That's what makes it special. Don't you get it? There are enough old school Joker performances out there. The reason this movie is so special is because it chooses to tell a story of a mental breakdown from Joker's shoes.

I dont think he wants to play the joker without kevin conroy. Thats what happened with the arkham games. He didnt want to come back but came came back once he heard kevin conroy was in it.
When you actually think about it Joker saved Gotham City in The Dark Knight. All of his actions basically killed crime in Gotham and in The Dark Knight Rises Gotham became good. I am not saying he is a hero because he still did horrible things but I am saying his intention was to save the corrupt city
My head canon for him is that he’s an ex special ops soldier that went MIA and after being held hostage, eventually escaped and came back to a country that had forgotten him
The hell? His intentions were to show corruption in the system but only to expose it not to solve it. He did so not because of a sense of justice or benevolent motives but just for his own sake. If Joker would have won, organized crime wouldn't disappear it would centralize with him. Gotham would be treating corruption for anarchy and that's not a positive outcome
Jon Jonz my point is to say that he is trying to save Gotham’s crime by doing horrible actions and presenting his joker persona to trick everyone into falling for what he wants. I am not saying he is good in fact I do see your point by the outcome but I will say that he is the reason why Gotham’s crime is gone in “The Dark Knight Rises”. Also I do respect your opinion
I just watched a video on how Heath ledgers joker saved Gotham: th-cam.com/video/JZ8YU5GcK-s/w-d-xo.html I wonder what you think of it? Did it change your perspective of the dark knight?
Dark knight: best story Batman '89: best look Joker: best tone A perfect batman/joker story needs to be built on the moral conflict, have that dark, gothic look and have a violent and depressing tone. That why all these represent this world so well, all be it in very different ways and continuities. Each one nail a big part of what I love about a good Batman story Dark knight is my favourite, though
Jack is my favorite live action Joker because of the randomness, I always loved Random Joker! You’ll never know what he’ll do next and that’s the scary part about him and very enjoyable. I feel an extreme bias ness towards him because we’ve had “better” performances. Batman 1989 is my favorite Batman film, Keatons Batman and Bruce Wayne, Nicolson’s Joker, The story, the music, the action, I love it all! That along with Returns and Forever are my 3 favorites. I get hate for enjoying those three more than the Dark Knight trilogy as films and characters. It’s not nostalgia either, I saw the 90’s trilogy after the Dark Knight Trilogy and within the past 8 years I grew to enjoy them more and more. I got to rewatch Batman 1989 in the theater for the 30th anniversary and it was such a good time! I was the only teen in the theater, everyone else was an adult or older! It was such a great feeling to watch this Classic in the film in the theater. I didn’t get to see Returns or forever and I wish I was able to! Hopefully sometime in the future

Jack Nicholson’s joker was the most accurate He was random and unpredictable he had the smile the laugh and the iconic gear and the look In this video you perfectly describe why jack was the most accurate joker but then disregard it, a lot of the time joker is unpredictable and does stuff for no reason and jack nailed that, he does what he does because he can he doesn’t need or want motive he just does he really doesn’t want anything but to see the world burn
With the two newer jokers, the purpose is on the surface, it's easy to see why they do what they do, both for their own reasons and what outside forces have affect them. With 1989 joker, you have to dig deeper to find the reasons and purpose of his actions.
We got the combo of humor fear and style It's obvious who takes fear Jack is the only one that goes for the humor in the joker Joaquin is the joker that's more human

Hey Eric, I was wondering if you could compare Batman telltale season 1 to Batman telltale season 2, I would like to see which has the edge over one, keep up the amazing work
I thought Nicholson's Joker killed the mob boss after their "deal" was because during their meet Jack said he was was in charge of the Grissom crime family. But in the next scene the other mob boss said he was. So Joker killed him.
You know what else is clever about Heath Ledger's Joker in the way he gets Rachel killed? He purposefully made sure her bombs went off EARLIER than Harvey's. So, even if Batman were to deduce that the address for Rachel was actually for Harvey, it still would've been too late to save her.
I also liked Caesar Romero when i was younger and Mark Hamil in the 90s and the Joker in the tv show Gotham was awesome especially with his origin story being from a traveling circus which would explain his clown attire

I dont think he wants to play the joker without kevin conroy. Thats what happened with the arkham games. He didnt want to come back but came came back once he heard kevin conroy was in it.
Great video!
Yo Eric how do you feel about Chadwick Boseman death does he have best performance as being the black panther
He definitely was the one and ONLY Black Panther. And I would not be happy if Disney Marvel replaced him.
@@EricCarter12 It's going to be hard to watch Black Panther: Wakanda Forever now that Chadwick isn't here anymore😔😔
Also I do respect your opinion
could you do a batman begins vs dark knight vs DK rises
I just watched a video on how Heath ledgers joker saved Gotham: th-cam.com/video/JZ8YU5GcK-s/w-d-xo.html I wonder what you think of it? Did it change your perspective of the dark knight?
I love your videos Eric. Also imagine if you pit Robert Pattinson’s Batman against Heath Ledger’s Joker wouldn’t that be cool?
That would be intriguing. I would like to see him pit Sherlock (BBC) against Heath Ledger's version.
This caught me off guard. Great Video Eric.
Thanks buddy. :)
Dark knight: best story
Batman '89: best look
Joker: best tone
A perfect batman/joker story needs to be built on the moral conflict, have that dark, gothic look and have a violent and depressing tone. That why all these represent this world so well, all be it in very different ways and continuities. Each one nail a big part of what I love about a good Batman story
Dark knight is my favourite, though
Jack heath and Phoenix
Make dr. Strange 2016 vs dr
Strange in the multiverse of madness
Dr. Dtrange 2016 vs spiderman no way home
Doctor strange 2016 vs thor ragnarok
Dr. Strange in the multiverse of madness vs shang chi and the legend of the ten rings
People always forget the Lego batman joker
Do it with the most popular animated Jokers
Jack Nicholson’s joker was the most accurate
He was random and unpredictable he had the smile the laugh and the iconic gear and the look
In this video you perfectly describe why jack was the most accurate joker but then disregard it, a lot of the time joker is unpredictable and does stuff for no reason and jack nailed that, he does what he does because he can he doesn’t need or want motive he just does he really doesn’t want anything but to see the world burn
With the two newer jokers, the purpose is on the surface, it's easy to see why they do what they do, both for their own reasons and what outside forces have affect them.
With 1989 joker, you have to dig deeper to find the reasons and purpose of his actions.
With 89 Joker he was driven by narracssim.
Heath's Joker wanted to prove that society and human morality are a bad joke
Phoenix's Joker wanted to have an audience
Nicholson's Joker wanted power
We got the combo of humor fear and style
It's obvious who takes fear
Jack is the only one that goes for the humor in the joker
Joaquin is the joker that's more human
Yes the music in all three films are excellent!
Eric, you do such a great job with your videos! Honestly keep up the really well made work 👍 I may not agree with all of your opinions but I very well respect it and still enjoy watching your videos either way! The type of way you edit and write your videos is so entertaining and it’s very rare for me to get bored of it! I can tell you put a lot of effort into your videos and I really gotta respect that 😊 you deserve all the support Mate KEEP DOING WHAT YOU DO 👍😄
Thanks so much for the kind words buddy! I really appreciate it. I always out a lot of hard work into my videos and I'm glad it shows.
I am currently working on a Mulan versus video so you will have that to look forward to next. ;)
Thanks again for the kind words buddy. It's the last comment I've read before I'm turning in and about to go to sleep. And it put a big smile on my face.
Take Care!
Kinda disappointed you didn't feature Mark Hamill in here, now THAT would have been an epic three way battle.
Awesome three way battle dude. I did not expect this👍.
Thanks buddy. I'm glad you enjoyed it. :)
Batman 89 and The Dark Knight are the same movie essentially. I mean they have so many parallels. But they're also wildly different.
Eric you are a legend
Thanks bro.
Pleasure seeing your videos
What about doing all the Jokers, but include both versions of Mark Hamil, and maybe a few others outside movies. It is interesting how they rate with the Arkham Game Serries, DC Animated Serries, and Batman and the Bold.
Alternative title: The Battle Of The Jokers!
Hey Eric, I was wondering if you could compare Batman telltale season 1 to Batman telltale season 2, I would like to see which has the edge over one, keep up the amazing work
New vs video :D
You gonna make a video on the New Mutants?
I'll try. The movie doesn't come out for my area until early September, so I can't cover it yet.
01. The Dark Knight
02. Joker
03. Batman '89

What's your opinion on the dark knight returns joker?
I thought Nicholson's Joker killed the mob boss after their "deal" was because during their meet Jack said he was was in charge of the Grissom crime family. But in the next scene the other mob boss said he was. So Joker killed him.
“It’s not about the money it’s about sending a message
you should compare the two greatest CBM trilogies together. Spider-man trilogy vs TDK trilogy
