- As promised, in todays video we take you on another autumn hike. For us this is the king hike in Ticino. It is a tough one, a long one - but so very worth it. The views are out of this world and in our opinion it is one of the most underrated and definitely lesser known hikes in Switzerland. This is a off-the-beaten-path-experience at its best! But only do it if you are a fit hiker!
Hike description:
You can drive up the mountain to Cortascio (this is what I did). In the village itself ther eis no parking. But on the way from Osteria Borei to Cortascio you find some free parking (can be seen on google maps). Or you start your hike in Mergugno where there are some more parking options. The length is about the same. From the starting point just always follow the signs. The path well marked.
