I figured this out naturally today, left the game in the middle of a quest and loaded back in able to reset a crack a book. Reloaded it a few times and managed to finish off my armour magazines in no time

Discovering things to break the game is payback for the devs trying to block us in every way they can. Since a13. I still need payback for the a13 disk I bought from gamestop in like 2013. It wasn't functional, and they released it as a full-fledged game. I feel better now. Lol

Just a heads up on the buried supplies. Most of the time, they are directly under the quest start marker. You will notice that when you start the quest, the circle will form off to the side of where the marker was. Sometimes its a little off the marker as you go to teir 2 then 3 buried supplies, buts its close. for teir 1, I have always found the chest within 1 block digging straight down from marker.
Drive thru liquor stores do exist. There's one a couple of blocks from my house. There's tons of them in my area of Ohio but I haven't seen them any where else.
