I had endometriosis symptoms. I start going vegan and avoid meats & poultry with hormones. All symptoms gone. Now I just eat veggies and fish. God helped me, so hope my experience helped you. (I also balancing my Omega6:3, take vit D pills, cod liver oil, and lots of Fish oil pills).

I remember watching your videos and always wondered how you turned out and what is your story now.

I had my appendix removed in November. Turns out I had endo of the appendix as well. They initially thought I had a mass but it turns out it was just my appendix. I am still learning so much about endo as I had no idea there was no cure. I assumed if my appendix was removed, I was cured. Wrong! I am still in a lot of pain so I can only assume it’s endo. When I have a flare up it’s constant going to the bathroom and vomiting. My biggest symptoms daily are abdominal pain and joint pain. I’m constantly exhausted and look pregnant most of the time. I finally have an appointment scheduled with an endo specialist. Fingers crossed. I just want to feel normal again. Up until now I feel my pain has been dismissed. Great video.

@@divkuruv so after this I had to have two more surgeries. I was diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis and told I should have been in to see someone years ago, but my symptoms were down played or ignored. That’s 3 surgeries in 7 months. My incisions didn’t even have time to heal. I had a battle after surgeries to be on necessary medication to suppress my periods as every period puts me at risk. I couldn’t bare the medication as I was experiencing every side effect. I am now back on birth control to suppress my periods, as I only take active pills monthly. It’s kinda nice. My body does still recognize wanting to start a period and there is some discomfort with that but nothing compared to the past. My best advice is find a gynecologist and endocrinologist that listen… and never stop being an advocate for yourself. You know what you feel and I learned I’m not going crazy with all my multiple side effects. Wishing us all relief.
