Just use presets for the bass and make sure the vocal articulates every word so its very easy to understand.

Hard truth, i dont like cutting samples lol. Tbh i just didn't learn it much because i did most of my stuff from scratch the last 15 years and i dont wanna use shit everybody uses so its more work to dig, cut and stuff than making the complete rest of the track for me. Guess i should sample more, it is worth the work. But again im just slow with sampling.
