All I said was that the employees should get paid the exact value that is equal to the value they are putting in a product or a service. It does not happen in capitalism. If there is minimum wage, entrepreneurs won't employ the most no of employees, they will go for more aggressive process automation. Thus decreasing employment.
When it is also, almost impossible to fire employees for whatever reasons, there will be more "contractual workers" instead of "permanent workers".
Instead, if there is no minimum wage and easy hire and fire policy, but with a strong social security backup partially paid for by business profits and a reasonable severance package to anyone who has worked in a company for at least some minimum defined period, then the entrepreneurship levels and the employments levels will both go up.
If the entrepreneurs can automate the production, they would do it even if the employees don't get minimum wage.
