Please do more graston videos man.. I like the ones where you use the smaller instruments around joints and in between bones and it would be nice to have a longer video with close ups of the graston technique..

I've been nursing running injuries in the knee/outer hip for the past two years. I thought it was the IT band. Been to so many chiros, PTs, gotten MRIs.... nothing has solved it. Not once did the foot come up as a possible cause of the pain, and my feet look exactly like this person's in the video. I'm going to look more into this. Thanks for the informative video!

Thank you for your feedback! Such a common thing missed, even by good practitioners.

I was having the same problems she's having, the hip problem in mile 5 or 6, and my lower back would start aching as well. I was also having pain in both my calves, the Dr. said that the big arch in my feet might had something to do with it but never gave me a real diagnosis. Then one day, I was running and I started to feel something in my right knee, I had only ran about 2.5 miles so I did"t think much of it, but when I got to mile 3 I just couldn't continue. There was an odd sensation on inside of my knee, I remember driving home and the pain was there but still wasn't so bad, but once I got home, what I experienced was excruciating pain! And my knee had swelled up, I was up all night, I couldn't sleep at all. Luckily this happened on a Friday night so i didn't have to worry about going to work next day. 3 days later I was back running. I was more cautious and I was definitely paying more attention. About a month later I felt the same problem coming to my left knee and so that was the end of my running days. When she said her hips and knees have problems during running and he said he said what he said about her feet, I felt like I knew very well what they were talking about. I hope she feels better.

I have almost that same type of foot. Very high arch except I do have more range of motion in my big toes. I know how she feels. Sometimes my foot won't go in certain shoes that have a low profile slip on area... arch is just to high. Way opposite of being a flat foot...

Awesome!!! I have the same problem I'm now going to see a specialist about it. A doctor said it was just from overloading. Thank You!

Wow same type of foot here with high arch and very limited range of motion in my left big toe. I'm dealing with some hip stiffness for a while (in my left hip of course). Anything that I can do at home to work on it? Thanks!

Work on foot and ankle mobility! Spread those toes with your fingers and open your midfoot up. Roll the bottom of your foot on a tennis ball. :)

I looked 'functional chiropractor' because I recently went to one.
It seemed like 'funny business' but I can see it's not. 👍
