Another banger video boys! But I have to ask, can yous PLEASE do some sort of cross over with Evenflow.. it has to happen! Yous, James & Evenflow are absolute icons in the Irish car scene and having yous work on a project all together would be such a cool video. I don’t wanna be one of those “day X of asking for….” But I will 😂
its so cool to see the drift history from the other side of the world and how similar it all started. all about the grassroots that built drifting to what it is and oh man is it only still going. so stoked to see drift games there and the cars look sick sliding here! also shoutout to Falvey for kicking ass in drift masters!
Mike winning the first ever event in Ireland just proves that wheeling is in the Deane blood I love how you guys portrayed macnamaras story also such a good video good work boys!
First thing I saw when I arrived that day was Brendan Stone drifting into turn two not 10 feet from my face. Immediate goosebumps and damn near teary-eyed. Was such a blast from the past.
Lads, the memories of rosegreen. It was so cool to see some lads driving to the event in the car, doing the days drifting and driving home again, another banger of a video 💪
DriftGames absolutely epic content you guys are killing it those drivers are legendary and the cars are so nostalgic especially that Blitz R34 👌 great work 👍
No wonder James Deane is a machine, won a pro comp at the age of 15,one of the best drivers the world have ever seen, now hunting trophys at DMEC and FD showing what drifting for him means,he's just JD the Mean Machine! 💯
If you ever have a chance to buy a ticket and fly to Ireland for a drift games event I highly recommend it ! Seeing these cars in person and watching em rip is just wild!
This was such an amazing video and it brought back so many great memories from the early 2000s drifting scene. I miss those days and this episode hit me in the feels for sure. Great job guys ❤
It's amazing to see you guys so happy and excited for such a cool and nostalgic event. The history is insane!! Ps, I never knew the Blitz R34 in Gran Turismo 4 was a drift car. Didn't know drifting existed back then :')
Great driving Dave!! That low brain/drift games s14 sounds so good! And Josh the videos are getting better and better! How are you guys liking the new camera equipment? The quality is looking amazing
I have trouble with load noises but nothing will stop me if I can get to watch a live drift event I’m hooked. I enjoy your videos the hard work you do getting videos out and all the work getting the cars ready for a event
Remember being there spectating a good few times back around 05-08, VERY different to how it is now and alot of fun. Distinctly remember McNamara walking about the pits... Nostalgia is a wonderful thing when it comes to wholesome stuff like this.
Great day, was great meeting you for the first time and listening to all the history behind the drifting and how it started. You drove really well 👌and can’t wait to see yous at Bishops Court on Sunday
Man, all that history....and above all, passion! Seeing those guys getting legit emotional talking about this moment, it moved me too! Btw, wasnt Nomuken's old car in Holland first? I remember seeing it around and then it got shipped elsewhere
Where that front tail light on the ps13? Look like honda accord front light 🤔 We can feel the vibe of the story when D-Mac, James and all other guys talking about it, the passion behind all of that is insane and we can thanks all this people who work for this sport to be expend and be popular in Europe 🙏 I remember ripping this blitz skyline on gran turismo when i was a kid, its remind me some great feelings and why i love this sport so much! ❤
Love the fact I go on lunch and drift games uploads a video. Call that a win! Thank you to everyone who’s kept drift games afloat when they lost it all. Y’all are the real MVP’S. And all those who stepped up and gave their time, energy or badass cameras for them to give us all this amazing content! Shout out Canon 🫡
So good to see oldies still be so good in todays culture 🔥🔥🔥 also convinced I could put James Dean in my Q50 and he would kill it on a track the man can drive anything so damn good 😂😂😂
I remember seeing James estate car a long time ago 20 years of drifting but I missed the first 3 years as I just did not know following it 17 years now and could not imagine my life Agen whit out drifting in it and don't want too from pro drift to where it has come to today biiiiiiig change ❤❤
Watching Ken Nomura's Blitz ER34 D1 drifting is something wonderful. This is amongside Youichi Imamura's A'PEXi Mazda RX7 FD3S one of the most iconic cars in the history of the sport. ❤
Sick, I still have vids on my pc from drift events here in maybe 05 or 06. I remember standing on the grass bank and having the cars rip past right outside the fence.
Rosegreen some spot massive memories from that place growing up around gran turismo 4 about 10years of age and i rember it being the first place i first saw all the japanese cars from the game in real life and seeing them as road cars just being spun around not a care in the world for them was great, i can rember paul mulcathy the rally driver with bis finger out the window drifting the full banked turn in his orange rwd starlet
You should take this video idea of breaking down the history of drifting and go to Japan and America and anywhere else drifting is slightly popular and get the history of who started the drifting in that area that would be a cool travel video idea
My first car was a mk2 with a 2.0. I borrowed it and crashed it 😂😂😂 second car was a rs2000 replica, 174 hp. My 2 friends crashed it! Talk about karma 😂😂😂😂 Ps. My friend got the old FD Jasper Performance Supra in original 05 livery. My dream would be to fix it up when i turn 50 so we could relive the glorious 08-09 years🎉😂 Go Darren!!!
Holy SHIT! The memories. Myself and Jack Corbett organised a couple drift practice days as ‘Paddy-drift’ back then, I was think 17 then?? And 35 now haha
Hearing dmac talk so passionately about the circuit and the history was epic🔥
Just seeing that old footage is the beginning of these guys’s is lore loved it!!
Another banger video boys! But I have to ask, can yous PLEASE do some sort of cross over with Evenflow.. it has to happen! Mike Deane whipping the rally car is the funniest thing ever and a real testament to his incredible car control!
You think his bro might have lent him a car.😂
its so cool to see the drift history from the other side of the world and how similar it all started. all about the grassroots that built drifting to what it is and oh man is it only still going. so stoked to see drift games there and the cars look sick sliding here! also shoutout to Falvey for kicking ass in drift masters!
