I mean that's the truth, even if Primo didn't screw up there's no guarantee he would be what kind of player in the future.
Bro it’s so crazy, and his reasons for just always dismissing Keldon don’t even make sense.
I get he’s a spurs fan, and has his own favorite players within the team, but sometimes it would be good to see some unbiased opinions on players. Like saying Cedi Osman or Champaigne should be starting over Keldon is beyond silly

Now that both are gone it's pretty easy to see DJ isn't even in his prime and the only thing derrick has on him is 3pt shooting meanwhile derrick is 30 already and hasn't improved much from when he was here he's just on a better team

Starting line up is gonna be Tre at PG, Vassel at SG, Keldon at SF, Victor at PF, and Collins at C. Even though I think Sochan will grow into a near all star level player, Keldon is just a straight up better player then him and is not being pushed to the bench. The alternative lineup however has the same lineup but with Sochan starting at PF and Wemby sliding to the 5, which I think is what he'll end up being in his career for the entirety but rn I think they have him at PF. This is going to be the starting lineup for the start of the season
i’d like to see vassal off the bench u need a good a1 scorer to lead the bench w champene and maliki. thoses three off the bench sounds like a well balanced 1 -2 punch
Keldon is not a straight up better player than Sochan. Offensively, sure. But the main reason to bench Keldon would be for the defensive presence of Sochan.
Sochan is better surrounded by best players because of his passing ability not to mention they will be needing him guarding the best player of the other team. Meanwhile keldon can have all the ball in the 2nd unit.
@@1337Sn1p3rs Sochan is amazing defensively but is still extremely raw on the offensive side, in our starting lineup we need attackers to benefit off of Wemby or give him spacing, Keldon is a phenominal three point shooter on the catch and his offense is just so much better then Sochan's you have to start him, also Keldon isn't like Bryn Forbes level bad on defense, if he tries he can be an average defender
@@mindgamesesports5090 Sochan is amazing offensively but is too much of a liability on offense, at some point Keldons offense is needed in the starting lineup to help out Vic. And I think what Sochan needs is to be the main floor general and for him to have the ball in his hands for that second unit before he graduates to full time starter, also Keldon isn't that horrendous of a defender you can't start him

I’d say experiment with Malaki at the point and wait till next year’s draft to scoop up a point guard like Dj Wagner or Isaiah Collier

Patty was a great player/teammate/leader ON and OFF the floor, but he's 35. We love you Patty, but just doesn't fit our time-line. IF Payne does not want to be a Spur, we have some options (including our 2 way Jabari, even though he has to prove himself). Let's see what happens! Go Spurs!
Starting lineup is definitely going to be Tre at PG, Devin at SG, Keldon at SF, Either Jeremy or Victor at PF, and Collins at C. Then Collins will be fazed into the bench once Victor can start playing C more.

Hell no. You cant bench wemby or sochan. Lineup at first should be Sochan, Devin, Keldon, Wemby, Collins. And then once wemby gets more comfortable it could be Jones, Devin, Sochan, Wemby, Collins. Keldon 6th man
Victor doesn't want to play center. Victor will probably spend a few minutes each game at center yes but he's probably not going to ever actually run the center

Tho I still think we don't necessarily need a 'final' starting 5, my ideal would be: Tre/Devin/Jeremy/Victor/Zach or Tre/Devin/Keldon/Jeremy/Victor, depending on the matchups.

Dude, Tre isn’t a great shooter but what this team needs is a great distributor and someone who knows how to feed Vic in the right spots, and that is something Tre can do very well.

Cam Payne for Patty Mills and multiple second rounders would be a good trade if Cam Payne does not want to be a Spur.
Corey Joseph can be someone to bring back to mentor and contribute as well. At age 31 he's still fairly productive.
Spurs should pick up Marc Gasol for backup and mentor in locker room.

His stats were great his rookie year with multiple 20 point games, and to repeat myself he was only just a rookie. He is defintely too good to be in the G-Leauge, he'll show you this season trust

Steph curry had 11 points 19% shooting and 10% shooting from 3 in game 3 of the 2018 NBA finals put him back in the g-league. The best shooter in NBA history can get a pass for having a bad game in his prime while a 2nd year player in Malki cant. What NBA players dont have bad games Giannis, Lebron, Tatum, Embid, Jokic and all the rest of the best players in the NBA today all had bad games in their careers.
