Great trip by the looks of it. That route goes right past the bottom of the estate where I live (the Rother Valley Country Park and Beighton section) and I rode most of the route into Chesterfield and back last weekend on my new Boardman ADV bike. Looking forward to having a go at the full TPT route (Central and East) at some point. Great video. Cheers, Andy
Hi, great video. i'm planning a similar journey to you, starting from Belper and picking the 5 pits up in Tibshelf. I can see, and have heard also, that it can be tricky around Rother valley. So have you a gpx of your route that you could share please? thanks
Have you been out yet? My first bikepacking was solo this year. Loved every mile, wild camped for 2 nights. Worst part was completing the ride. I can't speak highly enough of Bikepacking. 👍
Hardy43 there are some signposts - but not amazing. Definitely want the map. I spent ages putting together the map from the official maps. Which route are you doing? I can share gpx with you if it’s helpful.
