It’s really surprising to not see you go for a new build, for some reason I just assumed you’d be getting another new build! But I’m so excited that you decided not to and get something you can put your own stamp on and renovate how you like! I really think the process makes a home even more special in the long term than just getting a new build. Congratulations to your family!

If you put stairs to the loft you will lose some of that bedroom and the cupboard. The playroom would be much better downstairs so he is near you if you are cooking etc.

So happy for use and it’s amazing how far use have come I have watched teen mom since day 1 ‘ it’s lovely seeing use grow and I think it’s amazing how you have bought houses so young. I was so emotional when you left your old house and I don’t even know you 😂 I think it’s the fact all the memories you have together and Marley growing in that house 😊 Wish you all the best ❤
I love it! So much potential. Thank you for sharing with us! I have a few points you may be interested in reading in regards to maximising your home's function! Would caution against having your utility off the living space. For such a large house, you shouldn't be able to hear your washing machine clunking around whilst trying to relax (which you may have had in your last home). I would personally knock the wall down between existing kitchen and proposed living area for a large kitchen diner/living space. This would mean your utility is off the kitchen, which will be more practical in the long run. I'd also get rid of downstairs toilet so you can access kitchen direct from front hall. You could have a full glass panel or half glass panel door and see your beautiful garden as soon as you open your front door. Then have your office and new living room either side of the front of the house. You could also move your downstairs toilet to the cellar area off new kitchen space, since you don't need the door opening for the office you will have plenty space. Maybe even a boot room or mini sink/shower for your pooch's dirty paws.😊 You could have some beautiful bifold doors onto that beautiful garden too! I'm sure it will be amazing regardless of what you do, but I know from experiences it costs you a lot of money and time if you don't think about all practicalities! ❤
Really wanted to do half of these things but with the house 2 made into one some things are huge jobs such as moving the stairs we would loose space trying to find them a new place as I really wanted the utility off the kitchen💔 Thankyou so super helpful xxxx

The balcony, bathroom and garden particularly are lovely and I like the en suite to the main bedroom and separate shower. Whoever owned it before has obviously done a lot already but you can definitely add some more lovely touches to it
