Penelope is definitely Damon in a sense where she will do anything to see Josie happy, she hurts Lizzie because Josie she wants Josie to be happy and think about her self more and be less selfless. In tvd Damon hurt anyone that hurt Elena, and that is the sole reason why Penelope keeps being rude to Lizzie, to do what Josie can’t to her. And that alone proves that Penelope loves Josie, and what’s keeping the from being together is Lizzie! Josie gave up Penelope for Lizzie and she doesn’t even realize that!

The fact that they have a chance of not being together breaks me there both so clearly in love with eacother, I mean seriously someone who’s in as much pain as Josie is can’t possibly be over that kind of love
