Great video, brings back so many memories. My parents had their honeymoon in McBrides in the late 40s and we had many summers there in the 50`s and 60`s at my grans family farm on the Torr rd.
Some distant relatives owned the Bay Hotel until the mid 1960’s. I spent many hours exploring the caves behind the hotel. The last remnant is the faded “Elliotts Hotels” sign painted on the wharf.
Excellent presentation, well put together in every way. Enjoyed seeing the beauty of the place, the history given, all beit the sad story of loss. Must visit again soon. Keep up the great work presenting and sharing these, sun does shine in NI 🌞
What a lovely little town Cushendun is and with the sun shining down on it, shows off the surrounding scenery beautifully. I have been to Switzerland and can also see the similarity 😊
