That seems to be the least of the card’s problems tbh. The Chat GPT retrain stops quite literally every conceivable line, since it’s a Link monster whose on-summon effect comes with a full-turn Synchro lock therefore preventing you from ever activating it. It’s basically LANphoryncus.
5:40 Painful Choice doesn't require the cards to have different names, so this stops you from making the choice between two different cards, and also stops you from being able to use it to mill multiple copies of the same card.
3 of in any deck that has 2 or 3 cards that are good to mill or draw. aka every deck released in the last 10 years. it also bypasses prosperity restriction
Hold on, the bot was onto something with that Maxx "C" effect. Try this: If your opponent Special Summons a monster (Quick Effect): Special Summon this card from your hand. If this card was Special Summoned this turn by its own effect, each time your opponent Special Summons a monster(s), immediately draw 1 card. You can only use 1 "Maxx "C"" per turn. This can't be chained to a special summon to guarantee a draw and can be turned off with any form of removal. Additionally, it can also be turned off by negating its effect on the field.
I think it still needs a close like "If removed from the field during your opponent's turn, draw 1" to not be complete ass. And even then i'd argue it would see little to no play in the main deck.

The Pot of Greed + Ancient Rules needs some tweaking, but fun start to a card design. Go all in and make it a Normal monster support. If you drew a Normal Monster special summon it and send the other card to the GY. If you don’t draw a Normal Monster banish both cards face-down.

That Lava Golem wording means that you'll be dealing 1000 damage to yourself every turn, and you won't be able to deal any battle damage by attacking it. Subtleties clearly aren't ChatGPT's strong point.

AI is bad for yugioh. I tried to use it once to find cards that have effects worded in a way where you don't target things and you just "select" them. It started making up cards that don't exist.
You want a stronger MST? How about Magical Space Tempest. Quick play spell. Target one spell or trap card your opponent controls: destroy it, and if you do the effects of all cards with the same name as the destroyed card are negated. If you do not control any cards, you can activate this card from your hand. Balance Fairy Tail Snow - You can only use each effect of "Fairy Tail - Snow" once per turn.
A pot of greed that restricted special summons on the turn it was used makes it a playable but balanced card especially if it gave you a free double summon effect as well. Would be broken as hell in Floo

Pot of greed is what i call "feel bad" card its looks fine when both player got to play their pot. but it gonna feel awful when your opponent start having 2-3 pot of greed on thier starting hand while your never draw yours at this point some player gonna thing something like "oh wow! this card pretty BS i guess i lack the skill to shuffle?"
@@MattSinz Imo still crazy. I can't think of any scenario where I wouldn't include this card in every deck, unless that deck has very specific and weird draw or spell restrictions. Heck, even if we don't want to "Desire draw another Desire" moment (which still has a very low chance), we can still play 2 or even 1 Pot of Greed.
@@aciesara5444 For all intents a purposes we already have pot of greed at 3. The "drawbacks" of desires and extrav are non issues at this point, and that's not even mentioning prosperity, which is a better card than Pot of Greed.
@@MattSinz nah, you can definitely get fucked by desires in some decks, and extrav being random can cause problems if you need a lot of different ED monsters or have one thats absolutely vital but also limited to one copy if youre playing a deck that can run them, it is just pot of greed, but the downsides are still relevant enough that you cant just slap the max copies of each into every single deck you play (also they all basically have "do not ever play this in exodia FTK" written on them in big red text, which stops the Other big problem regular pot of greed has)
You can't fix Yu gi oh cards competitively, they're either broken or unplayable. If they try to make a broken card fair, no one is going to play them anymore.

maxx c is not harmful to the game. Lots of special summons, more than 3 per turn in my opinion, that is. That was one of the reasons I stopped playing Yugioh.
Graceful charity is banned though and it's arguably better than put off greed in this format. Imagine it legal with decks like danger dark world out there...

But if you rely more on board breakers, 3x Greed has basically no downsides going 2nd. If you open greed, you start with 6 (up to 8) cards from among your non-greed cards, which is great unless you have garnets. If you don't open greed, you start with 5 of your non-greed cards, which you would already do without pot of greed, so no downsides.

@@anakinsmith4770 Starting with 6 random cards is better than starting with 5 random cards, unless you run garnets. The only other downside is that you are less likely to open handtraps in a 43 card deck with 3 greed than in a 40 card deck without greed. And guess what, you can even run greed + whatever staple you claim is better.

@@dudono1744 unless you can guarantee it's drawing what you need everytime so effectively your cheating it just ain't good you can spin the whole not cost crap as much as you want in case you haven't relised Change of heart, Monster reborn, raigeki none of these cards are broken and none have restriction and barely any are played. heres the thing talents will always be preferred over pot of greed even though it's a once per turn it's because it does more. also most access to board breaker allows more decks to play and allows more floodgates to be banned wow
@@anakinsmith4770 Starting with 6 random cards is better than starting with 5 random cards, unless you run garnets. The only other downside is that you are less likely to open handtraps in a 43 card deck with 3 greed than in a 40 card deck without greed. And guess what, you can even run greed + whatever staple you claim is better.
