One tiny fridge to service that great big kitchen. Anyone who cooks in a house which will most certainly do quite a bit of entertaining, would cringe at that. People who build luxury market houses are artists.. NOT chefs. The Principles of the home don't know any better either - because they do not use these spaces. There should be a chef on the design team. Counter space is lovely .. but you need Fridge space to keep prepped food for events.. let alone, enough space for what is kept in the average fridge in such an environment. Most likely the Principles of the home would want very little, or NO processed food. You need space for all those fresh ingredients, as well as space for just the average amount of condiments. And sure.. you might have another refrigerator in the garage, or another adjacent area.. but what chef, in the middle of prepping for a huge event.. wants to keep leaving the KITCHEN to run back and forth to the garage? (Not sure.. but it looked like Only ONE dishwasher?) Not functional at all. Not nearly enough space on either side of the range for placing cooling pots, ingredients etc. Work space needs to be functional. Apparently, no laundry room either? (I'm sure there is one.. but these homes need space and equipment operating functionally in the BACK of the house.. to make sure things in the Front of the house go smoothly. For a home like this.. clothing care is more than just a room with washer and dryer... One of the biggest mistakes that builders of luxury market homes make: Not setting up the home in such a way as to make service delivery functional. Other than that.. Have someone finish out the landscaping .. and you got yourself a house!
There’s 2 dishwasher’s in the kitchen! Plus,. There’s a washer/dryer upstairs & also in the basement!!! Did you Not see or hear what he said about the fridge? There’s Plenty of everything Anyone would ever need!!!

I upvoted your comment but I think you are not watching closely. That Sub Zero fridge/freezer is about 5 feet wide. It is certainly not small.
