For about 3 seconds I was trying to figure what exercise machine was behind you in the corner… Also, if you do your incline seated postion on the fly machine that you just described, but you drop the seat to where the handles are eye height, you light up your upper chest. This exact setup is one of my go to chest exercises, so yes you can hit upper chest.

Genetics, of course (I got through the clickbait stuff 😂). Training, of course. And (elephant in the room; always) anabolics, of course. I get many (most?) do-no problem with that-but some of us don't. Do same training tips apply to get the big chest? My chest lags.

@@HypertrophyCoach i should clarify, I personally find it more important to watch what you do then listen. Sometimes words dont do you justice...and English is my 2nd language. Not to mention i doubt you use a script, so ya sometimes doesnt come out right

Hey, bro! Thanks for these videos. But don’t the arch or chest up queue changes the angle of the rib cage and therefore the exercises? The more arched you are the more it is a decline. Or am I wrong?

Would love to see Jonni Shreve's take on the arm position on stretch. He's states that if you put your arm in the stretched position of the pec and you can't feel it firing that you've gone too far back. Any elaboration please?
