How to Make a Working Spider Man Web Shooter Out of Household Items.
Materials:
*Pilot G-2 Pen
*Thin Kite String
*2 Toilet Paper Rolls
*A Ring
*2 Rubber Bands or Hair Ties
Tools:
*A Small Craft Knife
*A Saw
*Scissors
If you want to make the pen more powerful, try adding a second spring. I recommend a smaller spring so that you can still load the pen. Also try to use different kinds of ammo to make it shoot farther. I have found that smaller ink cartridges work better than the G-2 ink cartridges.

Actually made one, and I works, j wouldn't call it a web shooter since ig doesn't fire a pen point with string at the end but it is really cool to see that it was not a waist in resources. I'm not sure what he used for the arm part but I used toilet paper roles and insted of ruberbands I used Velcro, but still amazing job with video. Thank u so much.

What you should do is attach the end of a piece of string onto one of the bullets then the other end onto the web shooter then when you shoot it it will look like your shooting out a spider web like Spider-Man

As a Personal Spidey Fanatic, I was really impressed. How did the string shoot the cartridge? I saw a bit of string over your hand and it looked really tight. Is that how?

The string acts as a way to "klick" the pen using only one hand. If you built this project without string you could still shoot it, but you would have to use your other hand to klick the pen; if that makes any sense. Basically the spring inside the pen is how the cartridge is shot. I'm glad you like my video! :)

Unfortunately I have not found another pen that will work with the design. You can find Pilot G2 Pens at most stores that sell pens.

You could try just tying a string to the front of the ink cartridge, but it won't shoot very far unless the string is really light.

Check out my new video for an updated version. I realized that some people would have that problem so I added a step if needed. Add a layer of superglue around the rim of the stopper to get the pen to lock in place!

I would suggest taking any thin cardboard like a cereal box and cutting it so it will wrap around you wrist. Use things like rubber bands or tape to keep it on. If this doesn't work you could use things like velcro straps and bracelets. Hope this helps!
