What a wonderful collection of interviews! It's funny tho. I was so unclear about where I was in life when I started SW. But SW basically saved my life. It gave me autonomy and a way to make money on my own terms. I don't necessarily agree that you need to have confidence before you start. You definitely need resilience. But SW can teach you how to have confidence. I would say that the most important thing you can have is a plan to make the work safe, whatever that looks like.

Well, you will see the downsides later. Especially if you are a woman, because for men it is different. But if you are a woman, you can choose between sex work, meaning receiving money from men in exchange for sex, or having normal relationships with the men in your life. You can't choose both, and you can choose only once. And once you made that choice, there is no going back. That means for the rest of your life. You will get money for sex from men till you can get their dicks hard, and that is all you will ever get from men till you die.

I apologise profusely if this is way too personal, but may I ask whether you work privately or at a venue? I'm comfortable making content and doing private bookings but I need the stability of working in a venue and I just seem to be hesitating on looking at a venue in person, even though I really want to. Would you possibly have any advice around that? Once again, I'm so sorry if that's too intrusive!

@@maddisonanne2432 depends where in the world you work! If it's decrimmed where you are working, then go for it. If it's not, check out the laws that govern sex work. Always always try to be SAFE in how you work tho - get a buddy to look out for you, get someone to drop off/pick up, make sure people know where you are when you're working etc. Always try to vet your clients! Get paid up front, have contact details, all that stuff. Speak to a peer organisation in your area, too, if they're around, for supplies like condoms. Also, trust your gut. Best of luck ❤️

@@maddisonanne2432 Or maybe, just maybe, you should consider doing some kind of honest work for a living like decent human beings do, instead of trying to exploit male loneliness and the male desire for intimacy for monetary gain...

Best reach out to one of the interviewees on Instagram and ask them directly. Their handles should be in the description:)
