As the owner of a custom furniture/woodworking business, I long for the client who could afford me spending 6hrs labor on 2 drawer pulls 😂
What does I long for the client means?
@@hinduspl it means I hope to find them one day 😁
@@russellcarter6451 thanks for explaining
This is a valuable addition to my woodwork collection th-cam.com/users/postUgkxkNYRBJuiJ6EwD-tQSAlxg0eFKsnR2cgz I still will rate this woodwork plan as the best in my reference library. It always seem to stand out from the rest whenever you go through the library. This is a masterpiece.
I thought what a waste of material until you glued thr whole thing to the top of the drawer front. Then it became clear. That’s a good looking drawer front! Subscribed!
I watch that and think ‘wood must be cheap there’. So jealous. ;)
Depends on what you're being paid, I guess. He still made off with some good, clean scrap.
Worst case, helps him save on his electric bill lol.
@@joeywatch1145 It is just that here in Belgium, you choices are basically: pine, pine made to look like something else and ikea ;)
Ok, ok, exaggerated but I am so jealous when I see how many choices others have. Cherish that.
We can buy other woods here, if we're willing to sell a kid lol. It's really expensive, so we just usually buy pine and redecorate it.
Woods cheap if you shop at a local saw mill and mill it smooth yourself
@@zacharymonty6418 Not in Belgium, trust me. It is cheaper if you buy it in the raw and in bulk but as a diy kind of guy I have little use for for 10m2 unfinished oak. Nor do I have the space for it to dry it out.
That video taught me a lot. Loved the explanation of cove cutting on the ts. I didn't picture that being the entire top of the drawer front. Very nice!
Thumb up from a hobbyist woodworker in the Philippines!
3:38 !! Never thought of using table saw that way. Brilliant 👏 i learned new skill now. Thank you very much
Those pulls are pure wood artistry! Thanks for the tip on table saw cove-cutting without using an expensive store-bought jig!
Well once again you've done an amazing job and while I would have to watch your video a couple more times, you did an awesome breakdown of the process. Beautiful stuff!
Outstanding. Really enjoying your straightforward style of instruction and subtle humor. Not to mention the quality of your woodworking. Have a good weekend.
Awesome pulls. Been thinking about doing coping cuts on the table saw for a while, think this might have finally inspired me to try it! Great vid
These pulls make drawer look better, fashioned and awesome. Thanks for a nice and interesting video.
I like that I think I'm going to try that love all your videos
Great job explaining the process 👍
Only the second video of yours that I've watched but I'm hooked. A slightly irreverant approach to good wood working, brilliant!
Super dope design! I appreciate you showing the full walkthrough!
This is my favorite video on YT so far this year! I learned something I had no previous clue to (not completely; I remotely knew I could cut coves on the table saw). Certainly a great and very practical video, thanks brother.
Man I love your video style! Great content and personality! One of my favorite you tubers besides Bobby Dukes.
He feels like the woodworking version of This Old Tony to me.
I am currently building out my Sprinter van. You are my FAVORITE TH-cam STAR. I just love your videos and appreciate the time you take to teach us fine woodworking.
Even works, that's a real bonus. Love it
Very nice, different than I expected. Great style, I'd like to see more of your projects.
I enjoyed watching that build. They do look great
What a process the handles turned out phenomenal!
Very Cool I forgot about this technique that I was taught in high school some years ago, very informative great editing.
Thanks great natural looking handles
Pvc trick awesome!
Thanks Chuck
Those are two beautiful draw handles. Wow!
That was F-ing amazing! Great stuff I need to make one
all I can say thank you! Again you put my mind into thinking mode!
Great video!
Also a great tutorial for making giant spokeshaves. Well done!
Very kuhl. Great clear and concise instruction. Well done
Love it👍 and people wonder why hand made items are expensive. They truly don't comprehend the amount of work going into it.
Why is woodworking so relaxing to watch ?
excellent work. Digging the background music as well.
I have used the table saw to make crown molding out of 2x6 for a house we built in high school "Building Trades" a long time ago. Great job, I will put this in the brain bank for later use and hopefully be able to withdraw it lol. I look forward to your videos, 2 thumbs up bud
Awesome this is skill + artist = speak for themselves 👍👍
A true work of art
Strange how I enjoy watching the woodworking process. Easy to follow video, great job!
Oh, imagine these made out of pallet wood... :-)
Love these drawer pulls. Thumbs up.
Narration, dry humor, timing all great! Oh and the project is very cool 😁
Very cool!
wow great work. the result looks really great. It was fun to watch. Thanks for the great tips
Greetings from Germany
Really cool process. Thanks for sharing!
I saw this technique back in the early 90's and made a CD cabinet using these type pulls. The technique I saw also included a slight undercut when ripping the final piece to create a registration edge for fitting the pull perfectly against the drawer front.
It's so true that you're never too old to learn. I've been woodworking for 50 years give or take a month or two and I have never seen this done before. Must try it soon. Keep up the great videos.
pro trick : you can watch movies on Flixzone. Been using it for watching all kinds of movies these days.
@Jaxon Caiden Yup, I've been using Flixzone for months myself :)
That’s a work of art! Brilliant 🤩
so beautiful
Wow! Just wow, I have no other words.
I like that furniture style. Your drawer pulls are very nice work.
That table saw trick is sweet! Thanks for the information!!
Oh, imagine these made out of pallet wood... :-)

Wanting to make new dressers for our master bedroom and never thought about making drawer pulls. These are beautiful and well made. Thanx for the idea and video! Guess I need to get a few new tools. 😁
Great video!!! I can't wait to try this.

Love that drawer pull! Looks like store bought, but way better. Good job!
This was great -- Thanks!
I've been looking for ideas for creative drawer pulls for a large built in I'm making. LOVE the t-shirt too!
Very nice, indeed a very handsome drawer pull. Thanks for sharing. Hello from Maine.

A lot of work but man is it beautiful! Worth the effort for sure. Outstanding craftsmanship!!
Awesome. Piece looks great.
Great video man! You and hambuilt do killer work
Very cool! I have done cove cut raised panels before but, never thought of using it for these type of drawer pulls. I considered doing this with a router until seeing the cost of the bits. Thanks for the ideas.
That is a handsome drawer pull.
awesome, love it
Great job .. mastery and creativity
Vids keep getting better. Keep it up.
Effing brilliant!!!!!!!!

The saying is true: you will never go to sleep without learning something new. I am also a carpenter and something like this had never occurred to me. I find it a very interesting video. Greetings from Spain.
Excelente! Those is an extrange cut!
Awesome
Great artist!
Great video man, I love it.
Very impressive craftsmanship. I love how the drawer pull is incorporated the full width of the drawer. Creating a virtually seamless look. Y’all pray and stay safe.
Great job
Beautiful work. I recently stumbled upon your videos and you are very inspiring to watch. Keep up the videos!
you're a m,aster woodworker. and a master entertainer! when discovery channel ditches the quest for gold and focuses on what matters -woodworking- you'll have a prime time show. :)
You're an awesome woodworker your talent is amazing one of the best I've seen keep up the good work
Awesome work sir
Very nice.
very cool. nice work
Love your vids bud. They are excellent. Well done!
A few years ago I purchased a bedroom set of furniture (more money than time , Or should say less time than money ) NO HANDLES .. Handle was pretty much an inverted French cleat running width of each drawer . Flush and clean and totally functional . (well made w Dovetail drawers , so , not done to be cheap)
Your inverted french cleat idea is very tempting, might have to try that instead. Also sounds potentially stronger. No shade to the above video but it looks time-consuming, difficult, expensive, and possibly easy to break off...
Nice video and tips! Thanks for share
Great video
Hoy aprendí algo nuevo muy feliz
Hahjahahaha I like the drawer pulls very nice man. Who would have think how much works is to make them thanks.
Love it !! 💪🏻
