Thanks. 🙏 Sa totoo lang ang dami kong tinry na diet before even exercise routine pati ung mga diet drinks pero walang nangyayari haha. So what I did was I stopped drinking coffee last year kahit masakit, no rice and no kain after 6pm then I opt for dancing as exercise (kahit di ako magaling sumayaw haha). Ngayon nagccoffee na ulit ako pero hindi na katulad before na halos araw araw then konting rice. 😂
