If you are having problems finding older versions of macOS in the App Store, make sure that the computer you are trying to download with is actually compatible with the macOS version you are trying to download. For example, don't try to download an old version of macOS with a new Apple Silicone MacBook/iMac, etc. Please keep in mind this is an older video and a lot has changed. But it still works if you use the right type of computer to create your drive.
