To maintain Hygiene and build a Clean infrastructure for Preparation of Sweets, doesn't cost much. It is a problem with the mindset of these Shop Owners. Public has to boycott such Shops. Bangalore has the most clean Restaurant-Kitchens in India, because people have set the benchmark and the industry is forced to meet the expectations.

True my friend worked in vegetable and fruits factory....He used to saw very good quality vegetables and fruits daily but unfortunately they are exported to other countries......the work for them is to check the good quality vegetables and fruits and put them according in to 4levels....The first 2 level vegetables and fruits will be exported to foreign countries and level 3 and 4 will be distributed in the indian markets....

More than petha, I like the hygiene conditions during the process. No regrets why I stopped eating outside food unless it's a good restaurant.

Every corner of this "factory" is sooo "CLEAN", never thought "petha" making would be ... OMG..!!! Its a commercial entity, they could invest a small %age of revenue in upkeep of the premises. I am as a customer would love to pay a few rupees extra for the quality of one of my favorite sweet.

As I was on a trip to Gwalior I Visited the place last evening after watching your video. Overall found the place cold, not much welcoming. When I said I've come after watching your video the senior person at the counter smiled and nodded. I did taste couple of pethas but couldn't make much difference.
Perhaps are not available in Super markets in Bhubaneswar but Pethas are available in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad,Goa, pune super markets
