A legitimate platform (non moderating or editing publisher) is no more responsible for criminal images than a camera manufacturer.
Blaming social media or software producers for 'lack of moderation' is simply passing the blame from governments to the company in question.
It is not a responsibility of a software manufacturer to police its users - it is the governments job.
Telegram is rare among social media because it is a pure platform, no moderating (without court order).

That is exactly the problem why the government doesn't like Telegram. They can't control it, they can't monitor it. The information is encrypted and Durov doesn't give the code. That's why this app is so popular among Russians.

Erm, because some people use youtube for podcasts, or put something on youtube then do something else. I watch youtube vids whilst playing games so most time I am listening not watching tbf...
It was kinda obvious it was a podcast from it's image, however just move on? Or listen? The only difference between a video and podcast is pretty images to look at.
