Hi Jess - I'm aussie but 80% of my views are from the US and for them Jelly is Jam so it gets really confusing. Thats why at the start of the video when i'm introducing the ingredients, I say "Jelly or Jello".
Brooke - I'm so sorry to hear that! Thats terrible news :-( I have a gravestone cupcake already on my channel which you could use its a bit halloweeny but you could definitely modify it for your puppy. I hope you feel better soon xx Elise
My niece is having a sleepover with friends for her birthday and i plan on making these for the night cause she is going to be reading and watching goosebumps and read scary stories for a stormy night.....She is going to love them
I was wondering why she didn't make one by adding more red candy melt but then again she called it "the outer part of the eye" "the colored part of the eye" "the green part-" Iris! I R I S! The colored part of the eye is the Iris! For cakes sake the word even sounds like it has EYE in it!
Elise i really want to make these but what is a good way where i can place them down and they wont roll away so i can continue doing them or do i have to do them one by one
LOL I like how I see these tutorials and I immediately think "OMG HOW DOES SHE DO THAT IT LOOKS IMPOSSIBLE!" Then I watch it and realize this stuff is not as hard as it seems! Thanks for making these great tutorials (:
I just finished making a batch of these! They turned ou really great. I realize now that I may have made them too soon...the party is not for two days... Think they will last in the fridge? Has anyone ever keep them that long?
Hey there! canadian viewer... not sure if it's the same in the US but in Canada Jelly, Jam and Jello are all a little different Jelly is typically a spread made from the fruit juice and pectin where jam is a spread made from the cooked fruit and pectin and jello is a gelatin dessert! just wanted to clarify (on a side note I knew what you meant by jelly :)
I love this video! But I don't have a cake pop molt, do you have other ideas how you can make them, without that molt? (Sorry my English isn't that good..)
Regular jelly. If still a no, get some gelatine crystals (these can come in flavours) or leaves, melt them with the pack instructions and add your own flavouring and colouring if it came plain.
If i want to use mousse or pudding or cake crumbs instead of jello can I use ?? I mean will the white hold cake crumbs or pudding or mousse ?? Instead of jello can i use vegan or vegeterian jello????
Hey! I just wondered c: I dont have that silikon cakepop tray :3 But i still really want to make theese for me and my friends on halloween! Any tips to how i can make them without that silikone tray thingie? :3
Another "eye"dea; take and build up some reddish-grey chocolate at the back for the base of the optic nerve? Maybe look at an anatomy text and see if you can't kind of recreate the muscles that move the eye as well?
wait... isn't it spring right now in Australia? do you guys celebrate Halloween in the spring or are you doing this for the people on the northern hemisphere?
Hi, great tutorial but would I be able to 1/2 liquid in the recipe to make up the jelly instead of using powered gelatine? I've noticed this technique in other tutorials with jelly…. Thanks :)
If the jello isn't to someones' liking; perhaps a red-velvet cake center wrapped in white chocolate instead. The textures would be friendly and just as delicious but honestly I'd like to try both versions. :)
Hey there my cupcake addiction I was wondering well .. I love baking cupcakes cause I'm 12 but the thing is my mum doesn't mind it but she hates the fact that I like to eat the cupcakes cause she saids ill become over weight is there any chance of you posting a video of a healthy cupcake recipe :) anyways love your channel xx
also, fill a ziploc bag with powdered sugar or flour and use it as a setting pad for the eyeballs so they won't roll around and will remain in the position you want.

I gave these a go and they are great fun; I added some fruits strings to the back of the eye to look like the optic nerve! They were a massive hit!
the jelly inside is sooo original i love it!!!
if you're using a metal cake pop mold try lining it with cling-wrap before adding the chocolate, then when its set you can just tug them right out!
Spray the mold with cooking spray before filling with the chocolate, will make it much easier to release the chocolate.

EXCELLENT! Yay for silicone :-)
Awesome!!! What else can I use instead of a silicone mold to get the nice even circles
Your just awesome.....thanks for all the hard work
That is the best eyeball idea, I 've ever seen. You are incredibly creative !!
Hey, MyCupcakeAddiction! I think your channel is awesome! You're really good at making cakes!
You can also add some licorice to the back of the eye as the optic nerve.
great idea!

I just finished making a batch of these! They turned ou really great. I realize now that I may have made them too soon...the party is not for two days... Think they will last in the fridge? Has anyone ever keep them that long?

Cool for Halloween. Although I would use a baster for the liquid jelly instead of a table spoon.
SEPTICEYE!!!!!! SPEED IS KEYYYYYYYY!!!!!
P.s only a true boss would get that
This isn't the same eye
It's an eye, close enough...
Mais Knas yes it is its blood shot and the 2nd layer is green and iris is black but one isnt but still its the closest
I love this video! But I don't have a cake pop molt, do you have other ideas how you can make them, without that molt? (Sorry my English isn't that good..)
Can I replace the candy melts with some colored white chocolate? Please reply, Elise! Thanks
Its very beautiful
Regular jelly. If still a no, get some gelatine crystals (these can come in flavours) or leaves, melt them with the pack instructions and add your own flavouring and colouring if it came plain.

Awesome idea :) how long will these last once they're made? (provided that everyone doesn't dig in too soon! lol)
wow they look amazing!
Use white chocolate and add powder, gel or oil-based food colouring as desired (Water-based will make it too thin)
Would a tin cake pop mould be ok to use instead of the silicone?
This is so nice for Halloween!
i'm gonna replace the jello by berries...thank you, inspiring

Thanks :)

If the jello isn't to someones' liking; perhaps a red-velvet cake center wrapped in white chocolate instead. The textures would be friendly and just as delicious but honestly I'd like to try both versions. :)
