Thing is, this isn't a song from Brawl. It's a song from EarthBound. Plus, I don't think it would make much sense if what is suppost to be a silent protagonist yells "PK STORMSTORM!", even though it is in Brawl, this is an EarthBound song, and in terms of aesthetics, nothing would be yelled. But I hope you understand I do know where you're coming from. ;D
don't know how well this would work, but could you do a Zmix of Ryoshima Coast from Okami? It's orchestrated so it might be pretty hard, but I'd bet you could make it awesome. PS Okami is a really great game for Wii and PS2 with an amazing soundtrack, and a ZMIX of that particular song would be epic. Thank you.

I have played Earthbound. I've played Mother 1 and 3 as well. In SSBB, Ness and Lucas (for God knows what reason) uses PSI Starstorm, rather than PK Rockin' and PK Love. So, they yell PK Starstorm as they uses their Final Smash. Ness doesn't yell PK Rockin'.
There are still plenty of good games out there. Lost Odyssey, The Last Story, of course Zelda, Elder Scrolls: Skyrim, Xenoblade Chronicles (incredible game), and most everything out for Nintendo's 3DS
And if everyone did not know Earthbound (Mother 2) will more than likely never be released on virtual console because of a copyright on a Time clock monster :/ And Its two late to release Mother 3 :/ and Watch Walkthrough if you wanna see the game play its the same as Earthbound! : D and it really has a good overall story.
