- On Monday’s (Feb. 25) episode of #EverydayStruggle, Nadeska, Wayno and DJ Akademiks open the show discussing the latest news surrounding R. Kelly, who recently turned himself in to Chicago Police after being charged with 10 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse. The crew then speaks on the latest troubles against YNW Melly who is reportedly now a suspect in the police shooting of an off-duty cop in Florida in 2017. Following the legal news stories, the EDS squad shares their thoughts and reviews on the three big project releases from last Friday ( Feb. 22)-Offset’s ‘Father of 4,’ Gunna’s ‘Drip or Drown 2’ and Lil Pump’s ‘Harverd Dropout.’ Ak then runs through the projected first week album sales for Gunna, Pump and Offset and shares whether or not the albums sold well or flopped. Later in the episode, the trio looks back at Ja Rule’s Milwaukee Bucks Halftime performance from over the weekend that went viral and close out the show discussing Tyga’s incident at Floyd Mayweather Jr.’s 42nd birthday party and Soulja Boy’s guest features on his upcoming album.

Offset album shows that he’s the only one out of the 3 to potentially be a long term solo artist. The other 2 could as well, but without takeoff’s ability to become more social and active in making solo projects and quavo ability to become better as a rapper (and not only a hook master), they can’t last as well as offset can. And this coming from a hardcore takeoff fan. At he end of the day, they all need them to stay as the migos because the group brings more out of them sonically.
