how do you even do that speed strat, i feel like whenever im doing it, im doing it wrong

if you're talking about the "ledge dash" (some call it rizz roll), you want to be spindashing whilst in the air, and you do it by holding the spindash button before going off the ledge and releasing it in the air (and no it won't give you more speed if you hold it for longer, it's better to release it as soon as you can)

@@grindersky i meant more the boost-spindash thing. i actually discovered that ledge dash on my own in GHZ, trying to gain speed off the slope

I just press boost and then spin right after (almost at the same but not really, like miliseconds after pressing boost)
