Very interesting I was in Japan a couple days ago and picked up a few packets of creature baits. I've now put an order for some stoppers and sinkers with eyelets. Can't wait to give it a crack now. Seems like it would be a good rig to go to in less then ideal conditions as you can throw heavier sinkers without having the plastic stay on the bottom
That's mad! I actually picked up some tungsten drop shot sinkers from Japan recently to try this out as well as drop shotting for bream. Good to see it working well!
Every 2 years or so me and my perents go back to china to reconnect with family and cousins and i often fish free rigs for the largemouth bass and mandarin perch, i never thought they would be so effective back home
An interesting rig that undoubtedly works ok. Many thanks for the video.
Cheers mate
Pretty much a Texas rig. The Carolina rig work well too.👍

Yes your chances of being snagged are hugely reduced. A lot of U.S bass anglers favour the rig for throwing into cover.
I was the kid with a beanie a little after you left i landed a 49cm salmon on the creature bait thx for recommending to rig that up 🤩
Ah thats hectic mate. Told ya, creature bait for the win. Good work 👊

Gotta keep those fish guessing!
Try the drop shot rig
Ok
nice vid as usual bro. Hows the reel? my favvv
Thanks bro. Yeah I really like it, looks really sleek and its the shallow spool version so its easier on the wallet to fill with line. 👌
@@GoldenHourFishing thats mint bro! Practice makes perfect, you will be droppin lures into pockets in no time
That’s cool, how do you fish it, slow roll?
Same as a soft plastic rig, double hops and triple hops. You could also just dead stick it and let it flutter in the current.
What net do you use?
Aldi, they sell them like twice a year. Basically the same as the Berkley one.
@@GoldenHourFishing cheers bro
