Hook a hose to a small pvc pipe and drill holes in it and place it inside the rock trommel and it will wash it all at once. Same concept as a gold trommel washing rock
Great video and design. Really wish you were my neighbor, since you aren't I have to make one. Any chance you happen to have the motor model number, or where you bought it? Thanks in a advance.
I was fortunate to have found several used Bison AC Gearmotor Model 016-242-3019 on ebay last year. I purchased three for around $140 a piece. This particular Bison motor model is no longer in production. The latest Bison 016-246-4019 specification is very similar. Hope this helps. Thank you.
I’m planning to pick up a free treadmill from Craigslist, and use the motor and speed control from that. I’ve seen many online builds using these motors and they seem to work well.
Looks like a fun project! I'd combine them I'm thinking if you can keep the dirt dry on the first stage. Though it's all good!

I have a product I would like to test in your machine where are you located ?
I can build one for less then a $100 bucks or build a slight bigger one for gold mining for $1500-2k
