    For the person with sleep issues at 3am, you could try sleep restriction therapy, staying in bed might actually be detrimental

      I think stopping thoughts is practically not possible what you can do is be aware of those thoughts, analyse it but can't stop them.

      Thoughts cannot be stopped for sure ...even I have issue getting sleep

      Apple cider vinegar and water in equal proportion to be put in the hair for half an hour and wash it normally ,this is wat @lukecoutinho had told in one of his videos

    Hi Luke. I have dinner by 8. But then I have this habit of clearing my stomach before going to sleep by 10.30 pm. Is it ok.?

      Drink water after 1 hr of dinner not before that
