I dont think theyve had an actual Franks hearing. They are submitting briefs and sometime within a month of September 6th the judge will decide whether there will be one.

-CPS case hasn’t been thrown out, they’re still being closely monitored.
-Franks hasn’t been granted, it’s being requested
-cop never said Aaron was a concerned citizen
-cps didn’t say there was no endangerment, just that it didn’t meet their threshold to investigate
-cop watched entire video, Nick and defence knew this.

1. Then why use the cps report as one of the probable cause for a warrant if there’s nothing came up from it?
2. Why did the cop lied watching the video from the original source?
Such a low bar for the government to come busting in on a warrant that was signed under 4 minutes. Not enough probably cause.
