There’s a lot of nuances in DP cases, so I’ve been trying to explain to people how it all works, how the automatic appeals works, how to contact an inmate (since some want to do that). Etc. I’m all for education
@heatherjackson8840 There is no debate. I am asking a genuine question when I was watching the live with Eric, I would have thought more tests would have been carried out on the car, that's all.
I’m sure there’s plenty of info and evidence that hasn’t been made public yet. More & more info comes out every day. Yesterdays video of his confession to the police regarding Diane, he provided a lot of info describing her body (especially her arms) after he k’ed her, described her outfit even by detailed color, explained the type of sex he had with her (which likely left DNA), etc. He even mentioned the women he encountered when he was behaving oddly on the run (the screened pool enclosure & the lady that took a photo of his license plate when she found him in her yard). I’m glad you at least said you don’t have all of the details. It’s weird when people act like we know ALL of the info that the Detectives had. 🤷🏽♀️

This case is so intriguing! the evidence in my opinion was very minor, How do you have a car as a potential M. Weapon yet not have it forensically tested? I understand there was blood of miss Diane found inside the car, but would this typically be "enough " evidence , to "prove" wade done it? I believe there is no other evidence linking wade to Diane other then this. (Just my opinion, im not saying he is innocent or guilty, but i do feel there is more to this case. )
@Carrie-t4b Yes, HE did! But he also retracted that confession shortly after. Again, I have not said I think he is innocent, nor have I said, I think he is guilty! I am entitled to my opinion, as you are entitled to yours. However, I dont agree to be rude to people.
He confessed to many people- including the police. Yesterdays video of him confessing to the police (he was hoping they’d get him McDonalds if he showed them Diane’s body location)…was full of details that only the killer would know. I’m willing to bet there’s DNA all over the place between Kristine & Diane. Especially now that he admitted to An-l sex with Diane in the car. Just because we haven’t heard every single piece of evidence, doesn’t mean there’s not plenty.
I don’t agree on one thing. And I know you’re absolutely incorrect about him not going to death row until the death warrant is signed. He’s certainly on death row. He doesn’t go on DEATH WATCH, until the death warrant is signed. You might want to gather up facts before you give incorrect information especially starting a new channel. I suppose he’s innocent in your mind , too huh? He was just under duress for that cheeseburger and fries when he told them take him to the body! FOH ! Plus Union Correctional Facility doesn’t even deal with Securas!!! That’s false info too!! Probably Access Corrections but not showing in Securas! Come on! That’s two things without even trying bro!

The fact is he is a maximum security inmate at UCI until he gets moved to FSP, which will never happen because the death penalty will be outlawed long before he ever has his death warrant signed. But it’s not like I’d know anything about custody levels or anything, cuz you know, not like I wasn’t an officer or anything 🤷♂️ stay chill homie.
