I am only nine years old .
crank length 160mm is very short. is it a female bike? normal length is 170mm isnt it.
both female and male are on the shorter lengths... actually I'm on 160 as well haha
Is shorter crank good for higher cadence?
My experience is shorter crank requires you to ride higher cadence for same power, but the torque you lose from shorter leverage is noticeable when the difference is 10mm and up. I tried 160mm and even 150mm on a RB and absolutely hated it and went back to 170...but with the TT a 160mm is ok because otherwise the length is too long and my thigh would hit my stomach/chest, and I seldom ride out of saddle on TT so... compromises
