Thank you Sir Good practice Should we try to localize lesion of hemiparesis by checking cortical functions ? Constructional apraxia ? Homonomous hemianopia ?
Thanks for appreciation, actually in short case we have very little time, if you perform these things which i did and present confidently and ans examiner questions then you can pass. but in long case you should check all the cranial nerves rapidly. you should know crossed and uncrossed lesion.on which i will make video in future. you should be able to tell the examine it is crossed or uncrossed leision. also do auscultation for MS. also check bp and auscultate for carotid bruit.
Thank you doctor. But please tell if the negative signs are present, what they are interpretating? What should we do in that case?
Mention negative things at the end. Follow my presentation schemes.
Y not sensation are checked
Should we check upper limb reflexes?
In the long case of neurology.

it varies from case to case.

Most welcome!
Sir why all reflexes are Exaggerated in Hemiplegia side.. Is there LMN Lesion?
UMN lesion
Sir why sensory system omitted in relevance of hemiplegia
not required here in this case.
you can check rapidly ,which will be normal in hemiplegia.
do not forget to check sensory system in PICA and patient having cerebellar signs.
Thanks for guidance sir
So nice of you
