In the long case of neurology.
In short case rapidly assess the power in the upper limbs.
it varies from case to case.

    Good practice
Should we try to localize lesion of hemiparesis by checking cortical functions ? Constructional apraxia ?
    Homonomous hemianopia ?

Thanks for appreciation, actually in short case we have very little time, if you perform these things which i did and present confidently and ans examiner questions then you can pass.
but in long case you should check all the cranial nerves rapidly.
you should know crossed and uncrossed lesion.on which i will make video in future.
you should be able to tell the examine it is crossed or uncrossed leision.
also do auscultation for MS. also check bp and auscultate for carotid bruit.
