You've likely got unclaimed supplies given to you after you've been attacked at some point. In your turf, click on the button on the bottom left that has a pic of resources and a plus sign on it.

Upcast Gaming you need to find a guild that is in your kingdom and try to earn a lot of guild coins by helping them when they ask for “help” you’ll earn enough guild coins to buy a migration scroll to move wherever you want to move to and re join the guild you originally wanted to join.
