Ah, you forgot about the goblin familiar in pact 3 alongside the Gemmin Gremlin. He gives 6m to 12m gold which is good especially for research. Also Hell Drider gives 15000 t4 troops every couple of days which is nice.
You are right, but it's not something to focus on until you have the other ones done first.
