She can have someone train her 7 owner ops how to change the glad hands. She can order them in bulk, and the driver's can come and grab 4 to keep in the belt box of their truck, so they have them on hand if they run into a problem and need to replace one.
If you are calling a crane twice a week to lift a sucken box you need to get wood to put under the legs or paved a strip on the ground, pack it with rocks then paved over the rocks just the section the landing gear sit.

However, my concerns is the profit margin might not be ideal due to the lack of cash flow because it seem like she can’t get to a internal funding position within 3 years to not use a factoring company.
The factoring co probably only charges her 1% fee but they do all her billing and collections. Depending on the size of the business you would need to pay 1 or 2 people to do the work for you anyways. I know ppl look at factoring companies as if your not doing well but it's two less people she would have to employ.
She quit her job @3;20 and her Husband support her, but an hour later she said she making money @ 1:07:50 she is single? We got to stick together through good and bad time. Peace
