I remembers, when I was in Karachi, during Bhutto time, I received my PTCL phone connection after ten years of applying for a phone..... NS provided such connections within 1-2 months bribes free as well introduced self earning system to youth and educated persons like yellow cab, franchise of Post Offices to private sector and so many more ....

Muhammad Saleem Khan, it was simply one man errogance of war, badly imposed, and finally the innocent govt was pushed ahead to bear the international pressure.. The civillian govt was not put into confidence at all
