How to reset an iCSee camera?

- 1. Find the waterproof silicone plug located beneath the camera.
2. Open the plug and carefully find the reset button inside.
3. Press and hold the reset button until you hear the notification saying, "Restore factory settings, please don't power off."
4. Let the camera go through the resetting process. You'll hear, "System starting up" and "Wait to be configured."
5. Once you hear "Wait to be configured," the reset is complete, and you can start setting up your camera again.
You can set a watch position in mobile tracking. After the camera has tracked the person, it will return to the set watch position
I have a problem with my ICSEE A30 camera.
It's connected to the router, i've tried both via cable or wifi, but do not show the image from the camera.
It keeps saying "Getting video data timed out. Do you want to try again?"
We have already tried it on several different cell phones but the error is the same.
How can i solve it?

Power checks 5V 2A, it was a problem with me!

They don't tell you there is an on/off switch next to the data/charge port.
After one year using this, it is error' now, it wont record into micro SD. And also often to restart it self.
Hello! I have one ICSee ip wifi outdoor camera that stopped working. The infrared leds come on at low light but there is no movement, no voice messages, no wifi connection. I tried reseting but no response at all. What could it be the problem and how can I fix it? thanks !

What if the problem is not the device, but on app it shows offline, what should I do to reactivate again?
I have the same problem. It can’t be reset by pressing button.

Do u think memory card "2GB " its enough for ICSEE camera type ? how much space i need for memory card at least to record videos ?

mine is the light bulb verssion and i just power it off then power back on. iam getting error of the app user is locked restart the device

@@summeryou2828 the app cannot find the cctv. The cctv has power but it does not speak anymore when turning it on unlike before...

Attention le l'application ne fonctionne pas que des problèmes. Ils vous forcent à prendre un cloud payant. Attention vous ne pouvez plus avoir accè à la video

@@iCSeeCami have already 4 cameras. the old camera is not auto tracking but i guess 2 a8 cameras are auto tracking. i already knew the latest model have auto tracking.
