EA shutdown the server, due to mobile technologies aren't good enough yet. There weren't enough resources to run the game. When will mobile technologies become as powerful as gaming PCs and current gen game consoles? That's gonna take years to get there from now. And it's still not there yet.
My 2 main takeaways are: 1. They did not support emulators, that killed it for a lot of potatoes that could have played "Apex @ home". And 2: China... the moment those assets got to their hands they quite literally made a clone called "High Energy Heroes" like come on EA how dumb are you.
Shouldv'e mentioned the biggest reason why the game die and it's the fucking bots they ruined the experience for me i want to play casul and have fun but they were always bots you lose one time and the next three games were bots , and if you want to face real players you have to play sweaty ranked players , either bots or sweaty matches there was no inbetween that's why i quit the game in season 3.5
